2020 Upgrade Schedule

Our main objectives throughout the year will be to:

We will, of course, continue to identify and resolve all tier one issues as they arise through the use of the support and ticketing system. However, we're also excited to announce that the live support system will now become available during 2020 rather than 2021 as originally envisaged.

If you haven't yet heard about convergent access, it is our new federated access system which allows clients using multiple products to access them all from a single point of login. If you have any questions regarding how the system works or how it will effect you then please contact us (link opens in new window). The transition to convergent access will be completed by the close of the calendar year, and this will enable us to begin rolling–out cross–product data sharing, aggregation and rationalisation upgrades throughout 2021.

This year will also be the final year that we provide any product hosting services from London, preferring instead either Frankfurt or Cyprus for product hosting in order to remain in–line with the requirements of European Data Legislation.
