Moratorium on Late Charges (Update)

On 15th March 2020 we announced a moratorium on all late charges due to the coronavirus pandemic. We also announced that we would keep this matter under review on a month–by–month basis.

On 1st July 2020 we determined that it would not cause any undue hardship to most of our clients to lift the moratorium, although we have already made specific agreements with specific clients regarding their payment arrangements, and those individual arrangements will continue as varied. Therefore, the moratorium was lifted as of 15th July 2020 following a notice period of 14 calendar days.
